Easy Peasy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1. 1.5 kg of potatoes (peeled & quarted) - usually i use russet
2. A cup of milk
3. 2 tablespoons of butter
4. Parsley or daun sup pun boleh - as garnishing
5. Salt & freshly ground pepper

Method

1. Firstly, boil the potatoes until soft and fluffy (put some salt in the water) and then once cooked drained the water.
2. Heat a cup of milk and the butter in a small pot until bubbly. You can put more butter if you like.
3. Mash the potatoes using a electric mixer, and put in the milk bit by bit until you get the texture you desired. You can put more milk if you want it more creamier.
4. Then mix around and put in salt and black pepper to your desired taste.
5. Lastly, chopped some parsley/daun sup for garnishing..

Eat it with BBQ, chicken chop, lamb chop, on its own.. with gravy whatever tricks your fancy.. heheh. Finger licking good!!
